Welcome to SpamCallStop. SpamCallStop is operated by SpamCallStop LLC, a Nevada limited liability company located at 732 S 6th St, Ste N, Las Vegas, NV 89101 ("SpamCallStop," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. They explain how the service works and what we each agree to. Please read them. By signing up for or using SpamCallStop, you agree to these terms.
SpamCallStop is a phone number removal service. We look for places that list and sell your phone number, such as data broker and people search sites. We ask those sites to take your number down, and we keep checking so it stays off. Our goal is simple: fewer spam and scam calls for you.
You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States. You may only add a phone number that is yours, or one you are clearly allowed to act for, such as a spouse or parent who has asked you to help. SpamCallStop is not meant for anyone under 18, and we are not responsible if someone under 18 uses it against these terms.
Please give us accurate, current information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone is using your account without your permission, tell us right away.
To remove your number, we act as your authorized agent. By signing up, you give us permission to contact data broker and people search sites on your behalf, to submit opt out and removal requests for the number or numbers you give us, and to submit requests to access or delete your information where privacy laws allow an agent to do so. You confirm that each number you add is yours or one you are allowed to act for, and that the permission you give us is true.
SpamCallStop is a paid membership that renews automatically. You pick a plan when you sign up. Your plan continues and renews on its own, every month or every year depending on the plan, until you cancel. We charge your payment method at the start of each term, including each renewal, at the price shown when you signed up. We show the price and the billing schedule before you buy. We may change our prices, and if we do, we will tell you before the change applies to a renewal. Prices may not include taxes, and where the law requires we may add applicable taxes.
You can cancel anytime. To cancel, email us at company@spamcallstop.com or use any cancellation option we provide. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the term you already paid for, and it will not renew after that. Fees you have already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If an account is used for fraud, abuse, or in a way that breaks these terms, it does not qualify for a refund. Your free scan is always free.
We make a 90 day promise. If we have not removed your number from every site we found within 90 days, we keep working at no extra cost until we do.
When you sign up, you agree that we can email you about your account, your removals, and your reports. If you choose to receive text message alerts, you agree to receive them at the number you give us, message and data rates may apply, and you can stop them anytime by replying STOP. You do not have to agree to marketing texts in order to use the service.
We provide the service with care, but we provide it "as is." We cannot promise that every site will remove your number, that it will never come back, or that every spam call will stop. Some listings, such as certain public records, may not be removable, and results vary from person to person. Except where the law says otherwise, we make no other warranties. SpamCallStop is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
Removing your number depends on each site cooperating, and we do not control what those sites do. Some are slow, some refuse, and some listings cannot be removed. Removing your number is your choice, and in rare cases it could affect other things tied to that number, such as accounts that use it to confirm it is you. You accept these limits when you use the service. We may also ask you to confirm that a number is yours before we work on it, and we may decline a number you cannot confirm.
Please give us accurate information, and only add a phone number that is yours or that you are allowed to act for. Do not use SpamCallStop to break the law or to harm anyone. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or scrape the service, use bots or automated tools, pretend to be someone else, upload harmful code such as viruses, break the rights of others, or interfere with how the service works or with our security.
The SpamCallStop name, logo, our site, and everything on it belong to us or our licensors, and you may not use our name or logo without our permission. We give you a personal, limited permission to use the service for your own removals. Please do not copy, resell, or misuse it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything.
To do our work we deal with data broker and people search sites that we do not own or control. Their terms and privacy policies are their own. We are not responsible for those sites, and we are not responsible if one of them refuses a request or breaks its own rules.
We may change, add, or remove features, or pause or stop part of the service, as we improve it or as we need to.
We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, misuse the service, or add a number you are not allowed to act for. If we do, we will try to let you know.
If your use of the service, or a number you added that you were not allowed to act for, leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for things outside our control, such as a site that refuses to remove your number. To the fullest extent the law allows, you use the service at your own risk and release us from claims that arise out of your use of it, except where the law does not allow such a release.
We want to fix any problem quickly, so please contact us first and give us at least 30 days to resolve it. If we cannot work it out, you and we agree to settle any dispute through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and not as part of a class or group action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms. This does not cover small claims court matters or disputes about intellectual property, which may still go to court.
Any claim about the service or these terms must be started within one year after it arises, unless the law requires a longer period. After that, the claim is permanently barred.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where SpamCallStop is based, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make an important change, we will let you know. If you keep using SpamCallStop after that, you agree to the new terms.
These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If any part is found not to apply, the rest still applies. You may not transfer your account to someone else, but we may transfer our rights and duties under these terms. If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using SpamCallStop, you agree to that policy.
SpamCallStop is a phone number removal service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any data broker or people search website named anywhere on our site. Those names are used only to describe the kinds of sites we help remove you from. Results vary from person to person, and some phone number listings, such as certain public records, may not be removable. Any statistics we cite come from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and published industry research.
